Just moved from New Zealand in December, where I went to the same hairstylist for 12 years. Fardi was awesome! Very friendly and skilled. Felt comfortable from the 1st interaction. I’ve tried a lot of barbers and honestly… Ahmed clears all of them 😅 He actually takes his time, pays attention to every little detail, and never rushes you out the chair. Proper professional but still super chill — easy to chat to and just a genuinely sound guy. You can tell he cares about getting it right, not just getting it done. Always leave with a fresh trim and no complaints. Safe to say I’m not going anywhere else 👌

I’ve been coming here for the last year or so as I’ve had slightly longer hairstyles (slick back, curtains etc) and was looking for a reliable service I’ve had my hair cut by Alessandro, Fardi and Ahmed who are all amazing. It’s rare you can go to a hair stylist and get the same level of consistency across the board which always makes it a safe choice, Their knowledge and technique is great and they always consult fully with you before cutting and give recommendations. The music in the shop is always good and the barbers are very funny, overall great atmosphere The best!

Have been going to Guillotine for around 3 years and have never been disappointed. Fardi in particular is amazing - efficient, friendly, and most importantly does a damn good job. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.

Been getting trims from Fardi. 10/10 trims always, very talented across all hair types and techniques. A lot of barbers are good at fades but lack the technical skills when it comes to scissor work but Fardi is excellent with both - giving you the freshest fades whilst keeping a clean and neat shape with his scissor work with his precise sectioning and cutting skills.
